In the morning independent transfer to a vinegar cellar, surrounded by the lush Modena countryside. The result of a future-oriented vision, thanks to the use of renewable energy the cellar has kept its feet well planted in its tradition. Tour of the company and tasting session. Independent transfer to the Province of Reggio Emilia for a light lunch based on traditional food. In the afternoon, independent transfer to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory, with the option of visiting “red” cow farms, whose milk is sourced to make such sweet and tasty cheese that retains its taste and doesn’t turn spicy as it matures, just like traditional Parmigiano has always been.
