Arrival in Bologna

Day 2:
Bologna food and wine tour with expert guide
Entry and guided tour of the Carpigiani Gelato Museum 
Workshop on gelato preparation and tasting at Carpigiani Gelato University
Dinner in a restaurant in the city centre with traditional Bolognese menu

Day 3:
Travel by regional train from Bologna to Parma
Guided tour of a cured meat factory with tasting and lunch
Return to Bologna

Day 4:
Private transport from Bologna to Modena
Guided tour of producers of Parmigiano Reggiano, vinegar and wine, with tasting and lunch featuring local products

Day 5:
Travel from Bologna to FICO Eataly World
