Thanks to the unique hospitality of the members of local associations, discover the recipes to make traditional dishes and cook specialities using chestnuts and other simple ingredients. Last but not least, enjoy typical products such as oven-baked crescente, chestnut fritters and castagnaccio, stianconi or brichetti with Qualto ragù and potato fritters.
