The bright, 120 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an elegant building on the main avenue of Bologna’s historic district, and was fully renovated in December 2018 to ensure guests a pleasant stay in a comfortable and well-equipped environment. Every room is serviced by AC, next-generation windows are designed to maximize thermal and sound protection, and floors (even in the bathrooms) are covered in elegant white washed oak hardwood. Despite being located on the city’s main street, the apartment, given its location and being well insulated, is quiet and peaceful.
The property opens onto the living room furnished with sectional sofa that includes a chaise longue facing the entertainment set, which accommodates a wall-mounted 42” flat screen TV. The wooden dining table is finished in wrought iron, comfortably accommodates 6 people and surmounted by 3 attractive asymmetrical chandeliers. The large open kitchen is located just across the dining table and equipped with an island with stools, which can be used for breakfast or a quick lunch. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes dishwasher, electric oven and large refrigerator with separate freezer. The three bedrooms are located next to the living room, with each one including a comfortable bathroom with large glass walk-in shower, and fitted wardrobe. The washing machine is in a corner next to the kitchen. All the rooms of this modern apartment are generous in size and furnished with comfortable double beds.
In addition, the apartment is in a very convenient position from which Bologna’s monuments can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the city’s Fairgrounds and airport can be accessed by the numerous buses that pass right by the property. Finally, the train station is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and are provided with bed lines and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain equipment operations and to hand over keys.
