Two days of celebration dedicated to pork butchery and excellent food products from almost the entire country.
“Salami d'Italia”, which will take place at Fattoria Zivieri on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th October, will host the XV Final of the Italian Salami Championship and at the same time it will host a market of master butchers and more, with products as protagonists able to tell its authenticity and goodness in a single taste.
The Italian Salami Championship, now in its 15th edition, was born by the will of the Academy of the 5 T, a non-profit cultural association made up of companies and operators engaged in the production, sale and supply of agri-food products strongly linked to the territory and tradition.
During the two days the judged categories will be those of pork or mixed pig salami, black pig salami, quinto quarter salami, salami made of not only pork and 'Nduja.
