Hao Rao | Pianofortissimo & Talenti

Pianofortissimo & Talenti is the result of the collaboration between Bologna Festival and Inedita. 11 concerts, from 6 June to 6 July, will enliven the venues of the Cortile dell'Archiginnasio and the Chiostro della Basilica di Santo Stefano with an interesting musical proposal.

On Thursday 6 July, pianist Hao Rao will perform the following Programme:

Ballade no. 1 in G minor op. 23

Ballade No. 2 in F major op. 38

Ballade No. 4 in F minor op. 52

Polonaise in A flat major op. 52 "Heroïque

Born in the village of Jishou, Hao Rao,started his piano studies at the age of just four and already at a very young age, he boasts an impressive list of victories, including first prize in the three most important Chinese national competitions. At the age of 17, he was a finalist with honourable mention at the 2021 Chopin Competition, with Concerto No.1 conducted by Andrey Boreyko.
