A combination of over 70 works by great Spanish and international masters, which make the Bologna exhibition unique in the world. Considered one of the most important private collections in Europe, belonging to Julián Castilla, a well-known Spanish art collector, covers more than a century of photographic art, from the birth of modern photography in the early twentieth century to the present one of the twenty-first century. A narration that, passing through the creation of the Magnum Agency and the development of photoreportage, from the evolution of fashion photography, to the story of the present, confronts today with the contemporary challenges in the digital age.
