November 8th and 9th XVI National appointment dedicated to the potato chain of production in Italy

A National appointment, with the presence of foreign guests, dedicated to the potato chain of production in Italy. In-depth meetings with exponents of the institutions, of the agricultural production, of the organized distribution, trade operators, research and agronomic-technique experts and journalists. Besides making the situation point of the potato production in Italy, the Meeting will analyze the section prospects for the next years, from an economic and organization point of view, with an eye to the consumer prospects. Moreover, within the congress hall, it will be made for the first time a "Italy of Potatoes": a big size silhouette of the country in a position of great visibility , with raised edges and filled with earth, where traditional potatoes will be placed in correspondence of the belonging regions.
