Museo Morandi - TEMPORARILY TRANSFERED TO MAMbo

The museum's venues at Palazzo d'Accursio are closed due to works of restoration. From November 18th, 2012 Museo Morandi is temporarily hosted at MAMbo,  Bologna Modern Art Gallery, via Don Minzoni 14, where paintings, graphic works and book heritage have been reorganized with a new exhibition path.

The original nucleus of the "Raccolta Lercaro" dates back to 1971, when four artists from Bologna (Aldo Borgonzoni, Pompilio Mandelli, Enzo Pasqualini,Ilario Rossi) donated some of their works to Cardinal Giacomo Lercaro (1891-1976), Archbishop Emeritus of Bologna, on the occasion of his eightieth birthday.
