300 g of Mortadella di Bologna IGP, 100 g of ricotta cheese, Parmigiano cheese, 1 spoon of double cream


Finely mince Mortadella. Add ricotta and Parmigiano and double cream. Blend it until smooth and serve it on toasted bread.
