black plum jam or Mostarda Bolognese (spicy fruit preserve)
a pinch of salt
Knead flour, sugar, egg, butter and a pinch of salt. Roll out a 4mm-thick pastry then prepare circular pieces with diameter of 10cm and fill them with black plum jam or Mostarda Bolognese. Bake them (180°) until golden.
Serve them with powdered sugar.
