We have boasted over 100 years of family running experience, where our passion in keeping the ancient flavours and atmophere is always keen. Trattoria Valerio is today known for our typical Bolognese dishes, all of them based on traditional recipes. Our first courses, with handmade egg pasta, including: Tortellini, Tagliatelle, Garganelli, Lasagne, Passatelli, Zuppa Imperiale and Tagliolini.
Our typical Bolognese second courses are: boiled meat, kidneys, Bolognese mixed-fry, tripe, meatballs with Peas, courgettes filled with minced meat, Friggione(tomato and onion sauce) with sausages and a lot more. Do not miss our traditional puddings: you can taste our Crème Caramel, the soft and delicate Daddy's Mascarpone, the delicious Zuppa Inglese, the tempting Ricotta and Pear Cake or a tasty Rice Cake. Among our regional wine selection, we suggest: Pignoletto, Sangiovese, Lambrusco or the Blonde Ale Craft Beer from Italian brewery.
