First course: lasagna, tortellini in broth, garganelli with balsamic vinegar, pappardelle with mushrooms, tagliatelle with ragout;
Main course: mixed boiled meats with Emilian sauce, baked pork shank, cutlet in Bologna style, omelette with traditional Balsamic Vinegar;
Dessert: dolce Bologna, pear and quince compote with vanilla ice-cream and balsamic vinegar.
