Opened back in the Twenties, it is considered the “high temple of Bolognese cuisine”. Although the cooking style is pure Bolognese, it is open to other cuisines, giving them a delightful local twist. The furnishings and atmosphere is all pure Fifties. First courses: Traditional tortellini, tortelloni, lasagna, tagliatelle; Main courses: mixed roasted meats and mixed boiled meats, mixed fry in Bolognese style, seasonal specialties like Caesar’s mushrooms, porcini, truffles; Dessert: semifreddo "Diana" (ice-cream cake) with a special chocolate cream sauce.
