Bottega Portici is a new concept that proposes a contemporary street food model, 100% Made in Italy, open 7 days a week, from morning to evening.
It has five main features: cafeteria, express cuisine, the possibility to buy raw pasta, take away and food market. The model is very simple: a sfoglina (pasta maker) in showcase that pulls and models pasta, open kitchen, cafeteria and food market with selected high quality products.
Once entered, the customer chooses and orders his meal, pays and receives a disk pager where the order is loaded. Within a few minutes, the disk pager will shake and light up: it's ready!
You can pick up the freshly cooked meal and enjoy it in Bottega or wherever you want, thanks to a perfect packing for take away. Fast, expressive cuisine, no wait without sacrificing quality: these are the winning cards of Bottega Portici.
