A trattoria since 1834, this inn used to be a rest station for traveling merchants, cart drivers and mail coaches. Located in an historically interesting building shaped like a "Bitta" (wedge in the Bolognese dialect), inspiring the restaurant’s name, Bitone, it was remodeled 25 years ago by the current owner who wanted a classic establishment in the outskirts of town.
Ham lightly cooked in balsamic vinegar (truffles in season), tortellini "Goccia d'oro", spare ribs with chicken liver and sage, rosemary and finely chopped vegetables.
