At MAMbo – Museo d'Arte Moderna di Bologna, from April 30 to May 28, the Istituzione Bologna Musei pays homage to Ginevra Grigolo, a key figure and a real reference point with her gallery Studio G7 of the contemporary art scene in Bologna.
By retracing the story of a gallery that, like its founder, always focused on research and innovation, the museum aims at painting a historical picture of the city cultural evolution. This initiative is part of a broader programme of events promoted by the Municipality of Bologna in conjunction with the Istituzione Bologna Musei to mark the 40th anniversary of the first edition of the International Performance Week, that took place in June 1977.
