Fifth year in Bologna for the Emilia Romagna Wine and Food Festival, organized by Enoteca Regionale. The tradition, the culture and the food&wine variety of Emilia-Romagna region are back at Palazzo Re Enzo, from November 18th to 20th, 2017.
Protagonists of Enologica 2017 are the producers, consortia and wineries which are featuring Emilia Romagna wines, from Piacenza to Rimini, turning a little in Ferrara area too. The narration of a whole territory is enriched by many events, debates, testing sessions. Among the many initiatives: “Il Teatro dei Cuochi” with some chefs presenting their own interpretation of typical Emilia-Romagna dishes, the award “Carta Canta”, and the “Panino d'Autore”(the Author Sandwich) by chef Daniele Reponi.
