La Bottega Del Macellaio offers the traditional Truffle Experience at its restaurant, in conjunction with Tartofla, the White Truffle Festival in Savigno (BO).
For these dates, ample space will be given to the white truffle with a tasting menu of excellence entirely dedicated to this treasure. Unique dishes that tell the story of the territory, from the choice of the best raw materials to their preparation.
The hostess, Chef Anna Amato, offers genuine cuisine with great flair, moving from Emilia to Sicily, with heart and soul offering the experience of a lifetime dedicated to cooking.
The Restaurant "La Bottega Del Macellaio" also exclusively uses Express Cuisine. Therefore each dish is prepared at the moment and in accordance with tradition, taking the right amount of time to prepare.
The star will be the truffle, a product carved from our land with quality products without the use of artificial flavourings and truffle oils. Carefully selected truffles from the area provide an exclusivity to the restaurant's dishes. In this particularly poor year, truffle prices are very variable, so we will inform you of all details in advance of your reservation.
