Arrival in Bologna and guided tour of the city centre.
Departure for Modena and tour of a traditional balsamic vinegar cellar. Transfer to Cittanova (Modena) and tour of a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production facility and the prestigious Maserati vintage car museum. Transfer to the centre of Modena and free time to visit three UNESCO heritage sites. Free time at lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Dozza: walk in the medieval village and guided tour of Enoteca Regionale dell’Emilia Romagna. Return to the hotel and dinner.
In the morning, departure for Parma and guided tour of the city centre. Transfer to Langhirano and guided tour of a company producing and packaging Prosciutto Crudo di Parma. Finally, standard tasting or lunch at the same location, depending on the guests’ preferences. Return to the hotel. (Dinner not included in case of lunch at the Parma ham factory).
