Carpigiani Gelato Museum, the first of its kind to delve into the history, culture, and technology of artisan gelato, a fresh, high-quality food that well represents Italian creativity and excellence throughout the world!
More than 20 original machines will find a new home in the Carpigiani Gelato Museum, along with multimedia presentations, 10,000 historical images and documents, precious accessories and tools of the trade from ages past, video interviews, and workshops.

by bus: from Bologna Central station go to the nearby bus station and then take bus 87 in the direction of Anzola Emilia. Get off the bus at Via Magli in Anzola

by car: highway A1 (Milan-Rome) exiting at Bologna-Borgo Panigale. 500m from the toll station, exit in direction of Anzola dell’Emilia/Modena. After 3.6km, exit Lavino di Mezzo/Anzola Centro. Proceed along via Fernando Santi for about 1km and then turn left onto via Emilia. The Carpigiani Gelato Museum entrance is on the left after about 200m.
