CUBO (Centro Unipol Bologna) is the aggregation space and the documentation centre through which the Unipol Group wants to tell its identity, its corporate culture, its peculiarities with regard to the market and the social role of insurance and banking. Built by the Unipol Group for its 50 years of activity, CUBO represents and summarizes in the form of art, technology and documents the history, identity, and social values of the Group. CUBO does not fit in the classic definition of traditional museum; it is quite a vital place that opens to the citizens and, through interactive, emotional, animated and highly technological paths, allows each visitor to live experiences related to culture, art, safety and innovation. The CUBO structure - two internal wings connected by a garden characterized by a series of light and sound installations interspersed with seats with wi-fi access - is meant to be an open space of aggregation for exchanging relations and living emotional experiences on several fronts, which are all interconnected to the fundamental values of the Unipol Group: from art to education to safety, from technology to the insurance culture.
Winter program In the winter months, from October to May, CUBO spaces house temporary exhibitions of contemporary art, workshops for children and teenagers, conferences and meetings on contemporary themes, on education and entertainment.
Summer program In the summer months, from June to September, on the evenings of Tuesday and Thursday, the exclusive setting of the Gardens of Porta Europa - headquarters of the Unipol Group - becomes the stage for CUBO Gardens, with a series of shows, concerts, meetings and events designed for different audiences. Summer camps lasting one week each, on the themes of show, film and art, are dedicated to teenagers (12-16 years).
