The cooking school offers cooking classes for amateurs, semi-professional and professional. Organize courses on vegetarian cooking, gluten-free courses and courses specific to the different diets.

Teachers are professional chefs, cooking enthusiasts with a consolidated learning experience. They combine two different skills: they are chefs and teachers.

In cooking school participants learn the cuisine of high quality. The teaching method allows you to find your interpretation of the recipes. The chef-teacher guides this process. Do not just follow the prescriptions of the manual dexterity necessary to reach a cook in the kitchen to be authentic. The school helps you find your way.

The courses are divided by level: amateur, semi professional, professional cooks and chefs, wine tasting course andcoursewine.

The teachers also speak english cuisine for foreign participants. In order to communicate during class at the elementary level is sufficient to know Italian or English. Possible to ask for a translation service for this purpose.
